Please read before setting up your system.
Every Rocketboost network must contain at least one hub device, which directs network data traꢂc and helps devices
join the network. The network can have only one hub, which can be enabled by using the hub switch on the back of all
Rocketboost transmitters. See your User Guide for instructions on joining devices to the network.

Step 1 Preparing the remote control
Toactivatethebattery:
Removethetabfromthebottomoftheremotecontroltoenablethebattery.
Connect the right surround

terminal of the receiver, using
the supplied three-foot speaker
cable. Connect the red
SPEAKER-OUT (4-8 Ohm)
speaker cord to the red (+)
terminals, and the black speaker
cord to the black (-) terminals.
Repeat to connect the left
speaker.

Step 3 Establishing communication
Topoweronandswitchtojoiningmode:
1 Press and hold the button on the hub unit (the hub will be identiꢀed by a solid green power LED or ꢁashing green if there
are no other devices connected to the network) formorethanthree secondsto put theunitintojoiningmode.
Theunitwillstayinjoiningmodeforabout30seconds.
• The Power/Join indicator starts blinking fast.
2 Press and hold the button on the Rocketꢀsh receiver for more than 3 seconds to put the unit into joining mode.
The unit will stay in joining mode for 30 seconds.
The Power/Join indicator starts blinking quickly. When connected, both units will show a solid LED for successful connection.
• If the Power/Join indicator blinks at a slower rate, the link is not successful. Retry the joining operation.
